Before You Send Your Monitor
A few things to know before submitting a repair request.
- Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for repair and return once your product is received.
- Monitors outside the warranty period are still eligible for repair.
- SunTech Medical does not service products with moisture damage.
- Products more than 10 years old are not eligible for repair.
- Loaner equipment is not provided during the repair period.
